Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Customer can exchange an online purchase from any Walkar Footwear Outlets.
2. Return and Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
3. An exchange can be done only once with the same product(s) and Item Code.
4. Customers will only receive an exchange if the product condition is in fresh/unused condition when received in any showroom of Walkar Footwear.
5. After receiving the product, it cannot be returned later. S/he can exchange the product only by following the rules 1-4.

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM (General):

  • Delivery of wrong product
  • Delivery of defective product
  • Delivery of the products with missing parts
  • Incorrect content on the website


Delivery related Policy:

1. Customer will get delivery within 7 working days for regular order and 10 working days in terms orders under any special campaign or offers.
2. Shipping Cost for inside Dhaka is 50tk and Outside Dhaka is 80tk.
3. Customer will get free shipping in minimum order value 1000tk.
4. Customer has to pay shipping fee if the order value is less than 1000tk.  

Refund Policy:

1. Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.
2. If the refund amount is below Tk. 300, the refund amount will be disbursed through bkash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
3. If the refund amount is below Tk. 50, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
4. After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, walkarfootwear.com will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
